Mirakii was founded by Harchint, a Computer Science graduate from Wayne State University and experienced Fractional CTO who spent years working with small and mid-size businesses across industries.

The pattern was always the same: talented founders hitting a ceiling because they lacked senior leadership in critical areas. They couldn’t afford a $300K+ C-suite hire. They didn’t want to give up equity to advisors or investors just to get smart people in the room. And the “consultants” they’d tried before gave them decks full of recommendations but never stuck around to execute.

Harchint saw the gap — and built Mirakii to fill it. The idea was simple: curate a network of proven operators — people with real industry scars and wins — and place them where they can have the most impact. Not as consultants who parachute in and leave. As embedded leaders who join your team, own outcomes, and drive results.

What started as a Fractional CTO practice has grown into a full-spectrum fractional executive consulting firm, placing CTOs, CMOs, CFOs, COOs, CROs, CHROs, and CSOs into growing businesses across the country. The mission hasn’t changed — just the scope of what we can do for the companies that need us.
